Please read this before Creating a bug post

Welcome to the Bug reports Category. While we try hard to avoid them, little glitches and bugs will always slip through the cracks.

We value your Constructive feedback that will help us improve our product and further help the rest of the community.

When Reporting a bug, try to include the following:

  • Clear subject with the problem you are encountering.
  • Cezanne version, found in the help Menu > About.
    • If there is a newer version of Cezanne out, can you try to repeat the problem there first.
  • Operating system, version / release info.
  • Steps to take to reproduce the problem.
  • Screenshots or video showing the problem that your running into.
    • Images showing the problem, or a video showing what you are experiencing.
  • If you have the creator pack, then please provide a cezanne session file.
  • If the problem is to do with media files that you are not comfortable posting the files publicly, you can use a dropbox, google drive etc and email us a link with reference to the support topic.

Our team is predominantly in Canada, split between EST (eastern standard time ) and PST (pacific standard time) , reporting a problem earlier in the day will have a significantly higher chance of being solved than later in the day.
